What your future day will look like:

- Oversee the quoting function and support planning activities that align sales and operational goals.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to prepare, review, and manage customer agreements and business documentation.
- Address time-sensitive customer needs, including pricing requests, order-related issues, and opportunity management.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and work with sales teams to qualify and advance new business opportunities.
- Provide initial technical assistance to customers and coordinate with subject matter experts on more complex requests.
- Contribute to forecasting, reporting, training, process improvements,



and cross-functional business initiatives.

To be a champion in this role, you will need:

- 5+ years of B2B technical/engineering sales experience and 2+ years of leadership or team management experience.
- Strong understanding of sales processes, lead management, customer relationship management, and commercial strategy.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM platforms, ERP systems, and reporting or analytics tools.
