and keeping teams focused on what matters most.What You’ll Bring5+ years of experience in Program Management, Technical Program Management, or similar roles in high-growth environments.Background in software engineering, ideally within a SaaS company.Proven ability to operate effectively in ambiguity and drive clarity across teams.Solid systems thinking and a bias for action.
