The role involves communicating and qualifying 150-200 inbound hot leads daily to set discovery meetings with the BDM team. Responsibilities include delivering compelling sales pitches, sitting in on demos and presentations with the BDM team, communicating effectively with the sales team,



and contributing to Sonno's mission of promoting accessible and profitable hotel and vacation property investments.Qualifications2+ Years in Sales and/or Real Estate Sales (Telephone Preferred)Strong Communication skills in English, both verbal and writtenAbility to be proactive with a hunger to succeedPositive mindset mandatory, team-attitude, and willingness to go above-and-beyond for team and clientsExperience in real estate sales, telemarketing, solar sales, or any door-to-door sales, is a plus.Must be based in Toronto as this position is not remoteSalary starts at $60,000 CAD plus bonus per meeting set.
