As an Early Childhood Educator at Mary’s Place, you will report directly to the Program Manager, ensuring delivery of childcare programs that follow the Centre’s philosophy. This role calls for dedication to children’s growth and a strong understanding of early childhood education practices, including a commitment to inclusivity and support for all families.

Key Responsibilities:



• Develop and implement engaging childcare activities • Provide nurturing and supportive environments • Collaborate with team members for effective service delivery • Maintain compliance with community care regulations • Foster relationships with children, caregivers, and families

Requirements: • Diploma in Early Childhood Education necessary • Current BC License to Practice essential • Minimum 1 year experience in childcare settings • First Aid Certification required • Background check including Ministry of Justice clearance
