you will be responsible for managing client relationships and overseeing service delivery across assigned commercial sites.Your Responsibilities Will Include:Acting as the primary point of contact for assigned client accountsManaging and coordinating third-party vendors and subcontractorsEnsuring services are delivered in accordance with contract scope, timelines, and quality standardsConducting regular site visits to monitor performance and address issues proactivelyResponding to client inquiries, concerns, and service requests in a timely mannerCoordinating work orders, materials, and labour to ensure operational efficiencyMonitoring costs and supporting accurate invoicingIdentifying service gaps, risks, or opportunities for improvementWhat Do You Bring?Experience in account management, operations, or client services within a commercial or service-based environmentProven experience managing vendors and subcontractorsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to manage multiple sites, priorities, and stakeholdersComfortable working independently in a field-based roleStrong communication and relationship-building skillsBasic to intermediate computer skills (Outlook, Excel, Word, and business systems)Valid G-class driver’s license with a clean driver’s abstractEligibility to work in CanadaWillingness to travel regularly within the assigned territoryAssets:Experience in property maintenance, landscaping, snow removal, or similar service industriesTeam supervision or leadership experienceHealth & Safety training or certificationSeniority LevelEntry levelEmployment TypeFull-timeIndustryStaffing and Recruiting#J-18808-Ljbffr
