Salary may vary with experience, skills, education, and geographic location.What You’ll Be DoingDrive a culture of continuous improvement and excellence by attracting and developing team members; set an expectation that“we own every figure on our financial statements.”Create influence and partnerships across the organization and with ELC counterparts to enable integration and transformation initiatives.Set goals in accordance with corporate mandates, communicate milestones, and provide regular feedback to a group of direct reports.Manage and review company financial statements, detailed accounting records, and support accurate financial and accounts reporting.Drive performance of period‑end financial close responsibilities, including journal entry preparation, balance‑sheet account reconciliations, and P&L review.Oversee implications of changes to Master Data to ensure external mapping scheme is updated and understood.Communicate to key stakeholders and partner with different pillars to provide financial information as requested regarding financial results and key metrics.Ownership over the timeliness and accuracy of the month‑end close process and annual close.Manage with accuracy all reporting and reconciliations of GL accounts.Oversee timely recording of capital expenditures,
