OverviewCustomer Success Platform Specialist - GainsightThis role focuses on managing automated customer touchpoints in the Gainsight platform—including setup, orchestration, quality checks, troubleshooting, and reporting. You will work with the Gainsight/CPIT team to ensure best practices, adopt new features, and continuously improve processes. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about customer success, process improvement, and automation.What You’ll DoManage day-to-day automation operations: campaign setup, segmentation, readiness checks, and QA.Ensure data accuracy and provide performance analytics for dashboards.Work with cross-functional teams to improve processes and optimize Tech Touch campaigns.Design and maintain automated customer touchpoints and analytics.Act as the Gainsight subject matter expert for the Tech Touch team.Provide best practice guidance and monitor campaign performance.Leverage AI for customer engagement, insights,
