Key Responsibilities:



• Evaluate and administer patient nursing care plans • Provide mentorship to new RPN staff and students • Engage in interdisciplinary care planning discussions • Deliver education on rehabilitation nursing to families • Maintain a commitment to patient safety protocols

Requirements: • Good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario • RPN diploma from an approved educational institution preferred • Basic Cardiac Life Support certification required • Preferred experience in Complex Continuing Care • Excellent interpersonal and leadership abilities
