About the Role
The Company is seeking an Advanced Solutions Project Specialist to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end projects for corporate clients and internal partners, with a focus on operational support across equity administration platforms. This role is pivotal in ensuring the efficient and accurate execution of various projects, including automation, data conversion, process management, and the administration of clients' equity compensation programs. The ideal candidate should be technically proficient,
possess strong project management and communication skills, and excel in building relationships to drive successful project outcomes. A Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field is required, along with a minimum of 2 years' experience in equity compensation administration or a related field.
Key responsibilities for the Advanced Solutions Project Specialist include the successful execution of assigned projects, providing expertise in equity compensation practices, and supporting client relationship and service management. The role also involves collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to implement automated and integrated solutions that meet client requirements. The candidate should have a solid proficiency in software and web applications, experience in customer service or client-facing roles, and robust organizational skills. Familiarity with equity-related accounting, tax, and legal concepts is essential, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities is a must. While not mandatory, certification such as CEP Level 1 and familiarity with stock plan administration systems are desirable.
