The role oversees integrations, data conversions, reporting, extensions, and technical architecture while working closely with functional teams, business stakeholders, and offshore/onshore developers. The Technical Lead ensures high-quality, scalable, secure solutions aligned with client requirements and Oracle Cloud best practices.Key Responsibilities1. Technical Delivery LeadershipLead end‑to‑end technical delivery of Oracle HCM Cloud implementations, upgrades, and enhancements.Own technical work-streams (Integrations, Reports, Data Conversions, Extensions, Fast Formulas).Oversee development activities such as HCM Extracts, OTBI, BI Publisher reports, HDL, REST/SOAP integrations, PaaS extensions,



and scripts.Ensure adherence to Oracle standards, integration patterns, and security controls.Design scalable and efficient technical architecture for HCM modules (Core HR, ORC, Learning, Talent, Absence, OTL, Payroll).Conduct solution design workshops and review technical specifications.Translate functional requirements into technical design documents.3. Project & Stakeholder ManagementCollaborate with functional leads, Project Managers, business SMEs, and cross‑functional teams to validate technical solutions.Provide technical estimates, identify risks, and propose mitigation strategies.Guide offshore/onshore developers and ensure high‑quality deliverables.4. Development, Testing & DeploymentLead technical development across RICEW components.Perform unit testing and support SIT, UAT, parallel payroll testing, and cutover.Support migration of configuration, code, integrations, and data across environments.Drive optimization, automation, and performance improvements across HCM modules.You must currently reside within Canada and have legal working status.#J-18808-Ljbffr
