Job Title: Marketing Manager – Hershey and Oh HenryPay range: $103,000 - $127,000How will you fit in the big picture?As a Marketing Manager of Hershey & Oh Henry brand, you will play a leadership role throughout the corporation as the brand owner responsible for the growth and overall health of the brand portfolio. The organization will look to you to deliver on your business objectives and will rely on your leadership skills to lead a team of internal and external cross‑functional teams to execute your brand strategy flawlessly.What will you do?Develop and implement annual business reviews and marketing plans based on solid analysis and strong consumer insights.Work with research team members to direct consumer research and ensure that key insights and learnings are captured, and actions taken.Lead the development and execution of brand building initiatives including promotions and/or advertising, ensuring key learnings are incorporated into future activities.Develop and execute meaningful new product commercialization initiatives that will drive brand development and growth.Take complete business ownership of the brand’s annual operating plan, including risks and opportunities, budgeting, SKU management, financial forecasting and reporting.Collaborate closely with key cross‑functional partners,
