Fortinet is looking for a project manager working directly with R&D;, Customer Support and Sales team to manage critical pre‑sales feature development and post‑sales issue resolution related to Fortinet’s key products. In this individual contributor role, you will manage escalations from the field, understand the details of the customer’s recent feature requirements and issues, and track projects until a solution is delivered.As a Project Manager, you will:Have previous experience in project management, technical support, software development or QAHold a bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related technical disciplineHave prior experience in handling complex customer escalations and working closely with sales and support engineersPossess knowledge of TCP/IP, firewalls, routers, switches, VPN, IPS, Antivirus, Web Filtering, Antispam,
