This is a pivotal and exciting time in our journey, as we bring this life-changing technology to patients!As a member of the Training Centre team, you will gain hands‑on experience supporting training activities, including video content creation, document formatting, and preparation of training materials.Please note, this opportunity is a onsite work arrangement, located in Burnaby, BC.Meaningful work you will be a part ofYou will engage in activities that develop practical and transferable skills such as:Supporting the development of training materials by assisting with video recording, basic editing,



and formatting of content using established templates and tools.Assisting in the creation of basic training aids and mechanical proxies under guidance from training team members.Supporting training operations, including session setup, material preparation, calendar coordination, and maintenance of training records.Assisting with training delivery by co‑facilitating sessions, supporting participant questions, tracking attendance, and managing session logistics.Collecting feedback from new hires and supporting the identification of recurring issues or inconsistencies for continuous improvement.What you bring to the teamOur Kardium team is smart, creative, and passionate about creating cutting‑edge medical devices to help improve people’s lives.
