We are currently seeking a reliable Overnight Maintenance Team Member to join our team.This is a permanent overnight position responsible for cleaning, maintenance, and ensuring the restaurant is fully prepared for daily operations.Position SummaryThe Overnight Maintenance Team Member works independently during overnight hours to complete assigned cleaning and maintenance tasks within the scheduled 7-hour shift. This role requires strong time management, organization, and accountability.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain a clean, sanitary, safe, and secure environment for guests and employeesPerform detailed cleaning of kitchen equipment, food preparation areas, dining areas, storage areas, and exterior areas as requiredFollow established maintenance schedules and complete assigned tasks within the shiftConduct routine equipment checks and address or report minor maintenance issuesPerform general upkeep and minor repairs as assignedComply with all company policies, food safety standards,
