About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Precast Project Manager to join a growing team and take ownership of precast concrete projects from initial award through to final installation and completion. This is a hands-on project management role for someone who understands the precast process, including engineering, shop drawings, production, scheduling, transportation, site coordination, and erection. You’ll work closely with clients, engineers, production teams, suppliers, and field crews to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage precast concrete projects from contract award through completion
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and delivery timelines
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, engineers, production teams, and erection crews
- Review precast shop drawings, engineering drawings, specifications, and project requirements
- Coordinate the transition from engineering and detailing into production
- Manage precast manufacturing, transportation, delivery, and site erection




- Track project progress, costs, changes, and potential risks
- Resolve technical, scheduling, and site-related issues throughout the project
- Ensure quality standards and project specifications are maintained
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and key project stakeholders

What We're Looking For

- 3+ years of Project Management experience specifically within the precast concrete industry
- Robust understanding of precast manufacturing, construction, and erection processes
- Experience with structural precast, architectural precast, prestressed concrete, or related products
- Ability to read and interpret precast shop drawings and engineering plans
- Strong understanding of project scheduling, budgets, and construction coordination
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
