The role also provides etiological educational modules for Registered Staff and Care Aids at LTC homes on AWC and Skin Care products.Reporting to: Director, Clinical Operations – Skin & WoundPosition Type: Fixed‑Term Contract (18‑Month Maternity Leave Coverage)Portfolio: Skin & WoundTerritory: REMOTE – British ColumbiaJob DescriptionResponsibilitiesWork alongside LTC Sales representatives and Clinical Support Specialists to increase account growth and implement current corporate and individual LTC homes into the Skin Health Program.Demonstrate robust organizational skills to ensure evaluations and implementations are completed successfully.Conduct presentations, education,



and/or in‑services to educate customers on wound & skin care products.Engage in the support of existing and development of new customer policies and procedures.Complete account updates on a weekly basis using designed spreadsheets.Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge on Best Practice Recommendations for Skin and Wound Care.Work with the LTC team to develop new program tools to enhance account implementation and sustainability.Always support the healthcare facilities’ policies and practices.Attend conferences and sales meetings (mandatory).Complete other duties as assigned.QualificationsUniversity Nursing Degree, College Nursing Diploma, or related healthcare field degree/diploma.RN, RPN, or LPN current registration.Ideal candidate is a Nurse Specializing in Wound Ostomy and Continence (NSWOC) and has completed the IIWCC or SWAN course.Minimum of 5 years of related work experience in an acute care, LTC or home care setting.Minimum of 3 years’ industry experience in Wound and Skin Care.Excellent computer skills (Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint).Excellent interpersonal and client service skills (verbal and written).Strong commitment to excellence and attention to detail.Proven problem‑solving and solid analytical skills.Exceptional time‑management and ability to manage multiple tasks.Ability to develop effective working relationships with staff, peers, and industry colleagues/contacts.Demonstrated flexibility in adapting to a wide variety of tasks and functions.Strong multi‑tasking and prioritization skills with the ability to adapt to change.Demonstrates a commitment to service,



organization values and professionalism through appropriate conduct at all times.Confidence in developing and providing education based on adult learning principles.Ambitious and self‑motivated.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Able to re‑organize days to accommodate needs for LTC homes.Available for all shifts when required for training and/or education purposes.Driver’s license required.Overnight travel required to service all customers.Must live within the designated territory.The anticipated salary range for this position is:$76,000.00 – $114,000.00 AnnualThis job description is not intended to be all‑inclusive.
