We are proud to be one of Canada’s Greenest Employers and a certified diverse supplier.Position: Route SupervisorReporting to the District Manager, you will supervise all drivers, ensuring training, discipline, operational excellence, safety, and customer service.ResponsibilitiesDirect supervision of all drivers, providing ongoing training and ensuring procedural compliance.Conduct observational behavior assessments and driver training to identify performance issues and develop action plans.Work with the Operations Manager to maintain adequate staffing levels, participate in interviews and pre‑employment road tests.Track service/driver issues and document actions.Maintain courteous, prompt, and efficient customer relations.Ensure a healthy and secure working environment; report related issues immediately.Deliver company policy, systems,
