Other responsibilities will include the coordination of QC teams, resolution of product issues, and customer support.Job ResponsibilitiesMaintaining and improving the ISO9001 and AS/EN9100 policies and procedures including internal auditsPlanning, Conducting, Tracking and Reporting all QMS audit activitiesAnalysis of internal (trends, scrap, SPC, etc..) and customer to drive actions focused on continuous improvementDevelop timelines and ensure timely completion of all quality requirements/documentsLiaison with Customers during visits, builds, NPI activities, process/system auditsEnsure excellent customer relations are developed and maintainedProvide written technical responses to customers on quality issues as well as performing ongoing reporting to customersClearly and consistently communicate customer Quality expectations to the OrganizationLead/ coordinate cross-functional NPI teams on product launches,
