This role focuses on TI projects ranging from $2M–$10M and involves managing projects from startup through closeout while working closely with site teams, clients, consultants, and subtrades.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Startup & AdministrationIssue contracts, request insurance and bonds, manage WCB notices, and complete project setup documentation.Project & Cost ManagementManage budgets, cost coding, change orders, schedules, and financial reporting using Timberline and Microsoft-based tools.Subtrade & Supplier CoordinationProcure, manage, and communicate with subtrades and suppliers; proactively resolve issues as they arise.Site Superintendent CollaborationWork in partnership with Site Superintendents to deliver high-quality projects on schedule and within budget.Client & Consultant InterfaceMaintain positive working relationships with clients, architects,
