With a minimum of 3-7 years of experience, you will advise on various transactions, including bilateral lending and project finance. Key Responsibilities: • Execute debt and equity transactions from origination to portfolio management • Serve as a legal advisor to investment teams • Draft and negotiate critical financing and investment documents • Foster relationships with internal and external partners • Contribute to legal policy and risk management initiatives
Requirements: • Licensed member of the Bar in any Canadian province • 3-7 years of legal experience • Strong multitasking and efficiency in managing transactions • Understanding of legal services and practices
