You will lead a team of Compliance Officers and provide mentorship to Services Delivery Managers. Your role will ensure adherence to both CATSA and organizational standards through regular audits and operational improvements.

Key Responsibilities:



• Manage the implementation of the Quality Assurance Plan • Lead and mentor Compliance and Facilitator teams • Conduct performance reviews and coaching sessions • Ensure effective auditing processes for compliance • Provide recommendations for operational performance enhancement

Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in business management or equivalent • 5+ years of experience in quality assurance or compliance • Proficiency in conducting audits and managing teams • Excellent communication and report writing skills • Bilingual in French is advantageous
