What We NeedCorpay is looking to hire a Wire Investigations Associate within our Cross‑Border division. The position is in Toronto and is part of a fast‑paced operations team focused on global payment movements and FX transactions. The role requires ensuring funds reach global clients quickly and accurately, maintaining data confidentiality and strong internal relationships. The associate reports directly to the Manager of Wire Investigations and works closely with sales, banking partners, accounting, and wire operations.How We WorkThe associate will receive:Assigned workspace in TorontoCompany‑issued equipmentFormal, hands‑on trainingRole ResponsibilitiesWork with internal sales and banking partners to deliver customer service for investigations such as traces, recalls, and amendments.Process investigation requests on time.Collaborate with accounting to reconcile outstanding items.Coordinate with the Wire team to process wires daily.Cross‑train across departments, including reconciliations and other operational areas.Perform ad‑hoc duties as required.Qualifications & SkillsHigh School Diploma or GED.Team player with solid customer‑service focus.Detail‑oriented with proven accuracy.Good organizational, written,
