Join the Goldowitz Laboratory at UBC as a Project Coordinator, focusing on patient engagement for neurodevelopmental research. This part-time role promotes the implementation of the Library of Lived Experience.
You will be instrumental in coordinating logistics and supporting project activities with community stakeholders. Collaborate with leadership from Tapestry and CHILD-BRIGHT while ensuring timely delivery of project outputs. Robust organizational and communication skills are essential to manage project finances and stakeholder engagement effectively.
Key Responsibilities: • Support steering committee meetings and document key activities • Manage project timelines, resource allocation,
and issue resolution • Assist in building the Library through evaluation and adoption phases • Facilitate engagement with institutional and community partners • Oversee project finances, including budget tracking and reporting
Requirements: • Degree in a relevant field with four years of experience • Previous project management experience preferred • Exceptional organizational and analytical skills • Ability to work collaboratively and independently • Familiarity with financial systems, particularly UBC policies
