Maple Reinders is seeking an experienced Concrete Foreman to lead field crews and oversee day‑to‑day concrete operations for projects inBradford ,Wasaga Beachandsurrounding areas. This role is responsible for safe, efficient, and high‑quality execution of concrete work while meeting project schedules, productivity targets, and safety standards. The Foreman is hands‑on, leads by example, and is accountable for both individual and crew performance.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and lead concrete crews in daily field operationsPlan and coordinate formwork, concrete placement, and work sequencingRead and interpret drawings, specifications, and shop drawingsEnsure work is completed safely, accurately, and to quality standardsEnforce company safety policies and participate in daily safety meetingsMonitor productivity, labour usage, and workmanshipCoordinate with Superintendents, Project Managers, and other tradesComplete accurate timesheets and ensure proper cost codingOversee proper use of tools, equipment, and materialsQualifications & ExperienceMinimum 5 years of concrete construction experiencePrevious Lead Hand or Foreman experience preferredStrong knowledge of concrete forming, placement,
