and servicing fire extinguishers; Inspecting and testing fire hoses; Servicing life-saving appliances; Ensuring timely and quality completion of work orders; Completing daily reports of completed work orders and activities; Monitoring parts inventory and equipment maintenance requirements; Following all safe work practices and safety leadership is demonstrated in all aspects of the job; andParticipatingin on-call/call out emergency service as required.What We Provide (Tools, PPE & Equipment)All required PPE and access to calibrated meters/equipmentClear job information before you arrive — no being sent in blindWhat You BringMechanical aptitude and interest in hands-on technical work (automotive, heavy equipment, industrial, electrical, or similar backgrounds all translate well)Robust safety mindset, attention to detail, and willingness to follow proceduresCuriosity and a willingness to learn — you ask questions and take pride in doing it rightAbility to lift, work on your feet, and use hand/power tools safelyValid driver's licenseNice to have (not required): coursework or experience in automotive, heavy equipment, industrial mechanic, electrical, or fire protection technologyDon't have fire shop experience yet?
