Grow your career in Product Management at BMO.The Product Manager, Home Financing is responsible for the analytical ownership and execution of monitoring tools to measure success of Home Financing acquisition programs and lead strategies.The role sits at the center of data, forecasting, and performance insights, translating complex information into clear recommendations that improve acquisition strategies outcomes and support disciplined risk management.Key ResponsibilitiesOwns regular application, funding, and origination reporting across Home Financing acquisition programs and channels.Develops and maintains forecasting models for applications, fundings, and volumes to support planning and performance management.Analyzes acquisition funnels to identify trends, capacity constraints, and performance gaps by segment, channel, and program.Delivers transparent,



executive‑ready insights that link performance outcomes to underlying drivers and actions.Monitors key product performance and growth metrics to identify trends and recommend action plans.Reviews analysis of issues and identifies gaps and solutions.Provides competitive analysis and benchmarking to identify product strengths and gaps.Analyzes customer/consumer insights and channel data to identify strengths and gaps.Develops solutions and makes recommendations based on an understanding of the business strategy and stakeholder needs.Recommends and implements solutions based on analysis of issues and implications for the business.Assists in the development of strategic plans and forecasts.Identifies emerging issues and market trends to inform decision‑making.Supports the execution of strategic initiatives in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.Conducts independent analysis and assessment to resolve strategic issues.Develops business cases by identifying needs, analyzing potential options, and assessing expected returns on investment.Provides recommendations on product lifecycle.Builds effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Ensures alignment between stakeholders.Breaks down strategic problems, and analyzes data and information to provide insights and recommendations.Monitors and tracks performance,



and addresses any issues.Designs and produces regular and ad‑hoc reports and dashboards.QualificationsExperience in the residential mortgage industry and secured lending product management.Strong experience working with retail and business product fundamentals, including product design, functionality, and related policies and procedures.Strong knowledge of product delivery infrastructure systems and underlying product interdependencies.In‑depth risk management associated with new and existing product development and management.Researching market trends – in depth.Analytics and reporting – in depth.Product marketing – in depth.Financial understanding – in depth.Verbal and written communication skills – in depth.Collaboration and team skills – in depth.Analytical and problem‑solving skills – in depth.Data‑driven decision making – in depth.Possess advanced knowledge of Home Financing products and related industry.Possesses a university degree in business, commerce, data sciences, engineering, finance, and/or mathematics (graduate level degrees preferred) and/or 5 to 7 years of experience in product management and/or consulting.Familiar with or willing to learn one or more industry‑leading data and analytics toolsets including PowerBI, SQL, SAS, and Tableau.Compensation & BenefitsBase salary range: $69,000.00 – $129,000.00. Salaried position. Compensation may include performance‑based incentives, discretionary bonuses, and a commission structure.
