This freelance opportunity is ideal for a creative and technically skilled presentation designer supporting high-profile events for an industry-leading client. You’ll bring strong visual design, precision, and presentation expertise to projects running at various points throughout the year. The work will focus heavily on PowerPoint, event production, and creating polished materials that meet demanding professional standards. The role offers a dynamic mix of remote collaboration and potential international travel depending on project needs. You’ll work across different time zones, requiring flexibility, reliability, and strong communication. This is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented designer who enjoys varied event work and can deliver high-quality presentations independently. Accountabilities:

Design and refine skilled presentation materials, with a strong focus on

PowerPoint , ensuring polished, visually compelling, and consistent results. Support ongoing event-related design projects taking place at various points throughout the year. Apply solid visual design principles, attention to detail, and brand consistency across presentation deliverables. Collaborate remotely with project stakeholders and adapt to different time zones and working environments as required. Support event production activities where presentation design and technical expertise are required. Prepare, review, and finalize presentation files to ensure accuracy, functionality, and professional quality. Manage multiple assignments and deadlines while maintaining a high standard of execution. Remain flexible regarding project schedules, remote collaboration, and potential international travel. Requirements:

Demonstrated professional experience in

presentation design , graphic design, or a closely related field.



Strong portfolio showcasing presentation and visual design work;

PowerPoint examples are strongly preferred . Advanced or highly proficient knowledge of

Microsoft PowerPoint

and strong general technical proficiency. Excellent eye for design, composition, typography, and visual consistency. Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to producing polished, accurate deliverables. Comfortable working independently in a freelance and remote environment. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines across multiple projects. Comfortable working remotely across different time zones when required. Willingness and ability to travel internationally for project-related events. Must hold a

valid Canadian or U.S. passport

due to the travel requirements of the project. Clear and effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders in a professional event environment. Benefits:
