OverviewCARSTAR Canada is seeking a remote bilingual Client Relations Advisor to work from home with CARSTAR call center support. As a bilingual Client Relations Advisor at CARSTAR, you will be responsible for answering inbound and outbound calls from customers seeking accident assistance, scheduling estimate appointments, and responding to general inquiries.CARSTAR is the largest franchise network of independently owned and operated collision repair facilities in North America, with more than 700 locations across 35 states and 10 Canadian provinces. As part of the Driven Brands family, CARSTAR delivers industry-leading vehicle repairs, repeatable results, and high customer satisfaction. CARSTAR supports communities through fundraising initiatives, including raising more than $4 million for cystic fibrosis across North America.Hours and Employment DetailsCARSTAR is looking for candidates who can commit to 40 hours/week. Open availability is preferred but not required. Starting pay is $18/hour. This is a work-from-home role. Teleworking from day one, we provide the necessary equipment and virtual training.Call Center hours are Monday to Friday 8:00 a.M. – 9:00 p.M. and Saturday/Sunday 8:00 a.M.
