Candidates must have more than 2 years of experience as a Red Seal Journeyperson and will join a permanent, full‑time program reporting to the Facilities Coordinator.ResponsibilitiesOperate, maintain and repair mechanical systems and equipment, including boilers and HVAC, to ensure safe and effective building operations.Apply a comprehensive understanding of safety regulations and preventive maintenance practices.Diagnose system issues and troubleshoot to maintain compliance with applicable codes and standards.Mentor apprentices and ensure all work follows occupational health and safety guidelines.QualificationsValid Carpentry, Electrical,



Plumbing or Power Engineer certification.Minimum 2 years experience as a Red Seal Journeyperson.Knowledge of safety regulations and preventive maintenance.Proficiency in troubleshooting, system diagnostics, and code compliance.Experience training apprentices.Commitment to occupational health and safety standards.BenefitsPermanent, full‑time position.
