We securely capture and preserve the communications data of the world’s most highly regulated firms, giving them greater visibility and control over their information and ensuring compliance with stringent regulations.Role OverviewReporting to the Vendor Success Lead and closely collaborating with the Legal team, the Vendor Success Administrator assists with various Vendor Success initiatives, including managing the vendor contract repository, handling intake and triage, and supporting the Vendor Success Lead across departments.ResponsibilitiesAssisting with the execution of Vendor Success processes and initiatives:Working with outside teams to determine software functions, license counts, etc., and guiding them through the Vendor Success processEnsuring outside teams and Vendor Success stakeholders adhere to internal policiesTracking upcoming renewals and sending reminders to the appropriate software business ownersTriaging new tasksAssisting the Legal team to manage the contract lifecycle including new vendor agreements, renewals, and terminationsCoordinating tasks and following up with internal stakeholders to secure required approvalsPreparing pricing analysesProviding administrative support to the Vendor Success and Legal teams as necessaryMaintaining and regularly updating the internal vendor contract management systemQualificationsDiploma or Bachelor’s degreeMinimum of four years in a related administrative roleHigh level of attention to detail and accuracyMinimum of two years of experience managing a contract repositoryStrong interpersonal and communication skillsKnowledge of contract compositionAdherence to set internal proceduresProcess driven and interested in continuous improvementComfortable with rapid change and adoption of current tools, including AIAbility to work in a fast‑paced, ever‑changing environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines is criticalKnowledge and interest in the technology industry is an assetExperience with Teamwork.Com is an assetHigh level knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe suiteAbility to work independently and proactivelyCompensation & BenefitsGlobal Relay advertises the pay range for this role in compliance with British Columbia’s pay transparency laws.
