vandalism or other illegal activities.Maintain accurate incident records in internal software and report suspicious activity to appropriate authorities.Collaborate with law enforcement agencies as needed.Monitoring Operator QualificationsAvailability to work nights, every other weekend and statutory holiday shifts as needed.Work 7 shifts (84 hours) in a 2‑week period.Ability to work 12‑hour shifts while seated at a desk.High attention to detail and ability to identify potential security risks.Experience contacting emergency services (police, ambulance, fire) preferred but not required.Ability to remain calm and composed under high‑pressure situations.Proficiency with computer usage, including MS Office, Google Chrome and basic programs.Strong oral and written communication skills in English.Post‑secondary education or equivalent experience in any field.Quality references vouching for work, attitude and attendance.Clear criminal background check.Interested in the Monitoring Operator (Full Time) role?
