DescriptionFinancial Solutions Advisor – The role is a pivotal position within Bank of America’s Advisor Development Program, providing world‑class training, client engagement, and career growth opportunities.This position is subject to SAFE Act registration requirements. Pursuant to the SAFE Act requirements, all employees engaged in residential loan mortgage originations must register with the federal registry system and remain in good standing. Achieved additional professional designations such as Certified Financial Planner (CFP) and/or Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC) by start date.Maintains $15 m in AUM (for Field) and $25 m in AUM (for Centralized/National)

Employees are eligible for incentives as detailed by the specific line of business incentive plan provisions.
