Collaborate with engineers and technicians to create layout designs, specifications, and detailed technical documentation. Key Responsibilities:
• Design and layout automation systems for injection molding • Develop comprehensive technical and BOM documentation • Select and implement drive and pneumatic systems • Mentor and review performance of engineering team members • Minimal travel for project installations may be necessary
Requirements: • Post-secondary education in Mechanical Engineering • Minimum 5-10 years in mechanical design roles • SolidWorks expertise in both 2D and 3D • Understanding of injection molding and automation principles • Strong analytical and communication abilities
