Job Title: Human Resources Business Partner (HRPB)Client Location: Onsite; Ontario, CAStarting: 08/24/2026Pay Comments:Minimum Pay (per hour): 56.70Maximum Pay (per hour): 63.00Hours: Full-timeDuration: 3 monthsJob Description:We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to provide strategic and hands-on HR support across multiple facilities. This role will partner closely with senior leaders, managers, and employees to drive talent strategies, employee engagement, organizational effectiveness, and a positive workplace culture.The ideal candidate is an employee-focused HR professional with strong HR Generalist and Employee Relations experience, excellent judgment, and the ability to confidently coach leaders through complex employee and organizational matters. Experience in a manufacturing or consumer products environment is highly preferred.Key Responsibilities- Partner with senior leadership and site leaders to develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives.- Provide coaching, guidance, and HR consultation to leaders and employees on employee relations, performance management, career development, HR policies, and workplace issues.- Manage and resolve employee relations matters, including investigations, conflict resolution, performance issues, and disciplinary processes.- Ensure consistent application of HR policies, procedures, and employment practices in compliance with company standards and applicable laws.- Lead key HR programs including talent acquisition, onboarding, leadership development, employee development, talent reviews, succession planning,
and retention.- Support performance management processes and coach leaders on effective employee feedback, development, and corrective action.- Drive employee engagement, culture, and organizational transformation initiatives across assigned facilities.- Support organizational change initiatives through effective communication, coaching, and change management.- Partner with leadership on workforce planning, staffing strategies, and development of a strong leadership bench.- Support compensation, benefits, annual enrollment, and employee/leader training programs.- Serve as a trusted HR advisor and employee advocate while balancing business needs and organizational policies.- Analyze HR data and trends to identify opportunities, develop fact-based recommendations, and drive continuous improvement.- Participate as an active member of the facility leadership teams.- Ensure compliance with applicable federal and state employment regulations, including FLSA, FMLA, ADA, and HIPAA.- Provide on-call support for critical employee or facility issues, including periodic weekend coverage as needed.Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.- 4+ years of progressive HR experience,
preferably in an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner capacity.- Experience in manufacturing, consumer products, or a similar operational environment strongly preferred.- PHR or SPHR certification is a plus.- Strong knowledge of federal and state employment regulations, including FLSA, FMLA, ADA, and HIPAA.- Experience with employee relations, investigations, performance management, talent development, staffing, and organizational change.- Prior experience supporting benefits administration and annual enrollment processes.- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with SAP or other HR/business management systems preferred.- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret HR data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.- Excellent communication, presentation, coaching, and influencing skills.- Ability to build trust and credibility with employees and leaders at all levels of an organization.- Comfortable delivering difficult messages, navigating ambiguity, and making sound, fact-based decisions.- Strong customer-service mindset with a genuine passion for employee advocacy and engagement.- Demonstrated ability to drive process improvement, capability building, and organizational effectiveness.Additional Requirements- Ability to travel 25–50% between assigned facilities.- Valid driver’s license required and must be maintained throughout employment.- Ability to provide occasional after-hours, on-call, and weekend support for critical facility needs.- Comfortable working in a quick-paced, operational environment and supporting multiple facilities.
