Key Responsibilities:
• Grow and manage a diverse insurance book • Drive current business through effective sales strategies • Deliver exceptional service via all communication channels • Process renewals and new applications accurately • Maintain compliance with industry standards and regulations
Requirements: • Alberta General Level 1 Insurance License is required • At least 3 years of experience in personal lines insurance • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and communication skills • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment • Knowledge of EPIC and languages like Punjabi or Hindi is a plus
