Temporary Full Time (until December 16, 2026)Brampton Site 37.5 Hours/WeekMon-Fri (8:15am-4:15pm)Work Arrangement: CommunityReplacement PositionCompensation Range: $53.53 - $62.98/ hourPosition SummaryThe OAP Urgent Response Service (URS) is a program designed to provide time-limited service and support for children and youth with a diagnosis of ASD, to respond rapidly to a specific need, and reduce risk of further harm. Reporting to the Clinical Operations Manager (COM), the Clinical Supervisor (CS) is responsible for the delivery of ErinoakKids URS within an assigned region. The CS provides supervision and leadership to the clinical team, monitors their assigned team so they meet or exceed their performance and operational targets, ensures the delivery of high quality clinical services and a positive client experience; assists with clinical workload management, outcome measures, and quality improvement initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesProvides day-to-day supervision of assigned multidisciplinary clinical team; Assumes accountability for clinical decisions; Assumes sharedaccountability with COM of operational and clinical targets; Monitors and reports on metrics of performance targets related to the program; Organizes clinicalcaseloads and staff schedules to achieve optimal resource capacity; Provides support to any escalated client questions or concerns; Interfaces with the Clinical Administrative Support Services (CLASS) department to facilitate efficient operational processes, client intake and coordination/integration of clinical needs; Collaborates with URS Coordinators and community partners to promote an integrated service delivery model that will enhance client experience and clinical outcomes; Facilitates the resolution of work issues and monitors operational/clinical activities to ensure performance requirements are met; Maximizes the use of available resources,



identify and address staff complement needs, in conjunction with Human Resources; Assists in thedelivery of the site specific onboarding process, and sets the performance expectations of new staff; Provides management and coaching support to team members, engaging Human Resources as appropriate; Ensures annualand probationary performance reviews are completed for all staff; Ensures compliancewith all relevant policies and procedures; Consult with COM to identify and ensure integration of services; All other reasonable duties as assigned and identified by the organization.QualificationsMaster’s degree in a health related discipline is required; Registration with the College of Psychologists and Behaviour Analysts of Ontario is required; Minimum of 5 yearsof clinical experience working with children and youth with ASD and their families; Experience in the role/stream is preferred; Experience directly supervising, leading and managing performance of a team is required; Excellent knowledge and skill in the delivery of a range of services based on the principles of ABA for children and youth with ASD; experience in treating a wide variety of maladaptive behaviour with best practice procedures required; Experience workingcollaboratively with community partners is an asset; Proven experience in inspiring and leading people; Excellent interpersonal, communication, conflict resolution and problem solving skills; Excellent MS Office and Meditech proficiency is required; Majority of service will be provided in clients’ homes as well as in the community, therefore, a valid Ontario driver’s license is required as well as access to a personal vehicle; Some evening and Saturday work required.All prospective employees are subject to mandatory immunization requirements, as a condition of obtaining and maintaining employment.The successful candidate will be required to complete a vulnerable sector search.#J-18808-Ljbffr
