This role requires strong technical ability, attention to detail, and the discipline to complete safety documentation accurately and on time.Key ResponsibilitiesOperatecompact construction equipment such as skid steers, mini-excavators, plate compactors, and related toolsSupport civil construction activities including trenching, backfilling, grading, and site preparationPerform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenanceComplete and submitsafety paperwork accurately and on time, including:FLHAsPre-use equipment inspectionsHazard assessments and site documentationFollow all company, client, and regulatory safety requirementsAttenddaily in office meetings and safety tailgate meetingsCommunicate effectively with forepersons, supervisors, and crew membersMaintain clean, organized,
