Diagnosing the cause of any malfunction on a customer’s vehicle Performing appropriate repairs with accuracy and efficiency Completing approved service on customer vehicles Complete CVIP inspections on trucks and trailers Testing and adjusting vehicle systems to manufacturer’s performance specifications Performing scheduled maintenance service, such as oil changes, lubrications and tune ups. Advising customers and associates on work performed, general vehicle condition, and future repair requirements Maintaining mechanical service equipment on a regularly scheduled basis Operating company and customer vehicles in a clean and safe manner Supporting customer relationships by responding to customer inquiries What does it take to get on track?
