ResponsibilitiesWe are seeking a strategic and results‑driven Director, Program Management to lead enterprise‑level initiatives within our Product Operations organization. This role is responsible for driving cross‑functional programs that improve operational scalability, support product delivery, and enable business growth.The ideal candidate is a strong program leader with experience managing complex initiatives, building operational processes, and leading teams in fast‑paced environments.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Initiative Leadership & ExecutionLead cross‑functional initiatives supporting product delivery, growth, operations, and customer experienceTranslate priorities into programs (scope, timeline, milestones, dependencies, success metrics)Own initiative outcomes; manage risks, tradeoffs, and escalationsAlign initiatives to enterprise priorities, capacity, and investment decisionsProgram Governance & Portfolio OversightEstablish governance (cadence, decision rights, escalation paths)Standardize planning, execution, and reporting across the portfolioProvide executive visibility into status, risks, dependencies, and delivery confidencePartner with Product/Finance/Leadership on prioritization and sequencingGo‑To‑Market and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM)Operationalize initiatives across the product lifecycle aligned to roadmaps and release plansLead GTM readiness (launch plan, training, documentation, tooling, operational preparedness)Track and communicate GTM risks, dependencies, and launch readinessTeam Leadership and Performance ManagementLead Program/Product Operations Managers; set expectations and measure outcomesCoach and develop program delivery, communication, and risk‑management capabilitiesDrive accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvementManage resourcing,



prioritization, and workload across workstreamsStakeholder EngagementPartner with cross‑functional stakeholders to manage expectations through the program lifecycleProvide proactive updates and resolve escalations quicklyProgram ExecutionEnsure implementation, integration, and support readiness deliverables are completed on time and to quality standardsManage interdependencies across technical, operational, and customer‑facing teamsImprove execution by removing bottlenecks and optimizing workflowsMaintain compliant documentation (plans, schedules, SOWs, change control)Report program health, milestones, risks, and financial impacts to senior leadershipProcess Development and Strategic AlignmentBuild scalable processes, SOPs, and program frameworks supporting transformationDrive adherence to quality systems; modernize via automation and process improvementSupport cross‑functional initiatives improving delivery, revenue, and customer satisfactionContribute to strategic planning and alignment to organizational goalsQualifications8+ years in program management, account management, or service operations5+ years of customer account or program management2+ years supervisory experienceExperience in telecommunications, public safety, SaaS, or related industries strongly preferredMay be required to travel up to 25% of the time depending on business needsKnowledge,



Skills & AbilitiesStrong leadership skills with the ability to direct program teams and guide multi‑workstream initiativesAdvanced program‑management expertise, including governance, risk management, and cross‑functional coordinationExcellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills, including executive‑level reportingStrong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities, with the ability to identify systemic issues and drive process improvementsDeep understanding of operational delivery, and program interdependencies.
