As a first point of contact for our members, you will be responsible for providing excellent member service by handling various financial inquiries and requests over the phone. Through conversations and ongoing support, you will uncover and understand member needs in order to fulfil them in a single experience.Our Member Contact Centre is currently open 7 days a week including statutory holidays.How you’ll be spending your timeTaking incoming calls from members, building solid relationships and becoming a trusted financial partner,
