This is a permanent position that offers significant opportunities for growth and advancement.ResponsibilitiesLead and supervise the accounts payable team (6 people), providing guidance and support to ensure departmental goals are metDevelop and implement productive processes for invoice processing, payment disbursement, and vendor managementEnsure compliance with company policies, accounting principles, and regulatory requirementsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline accounts payable processes and drive continuous improvementMonitor and analyze accounts payable metrics to identify areas for optimization and cost savingsAct as a liaison between the accounts payable team and external vendors to resolve issues and maintain positive relationshipsProvide training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and performancePrepare and present reports on accounts payable performance and key metrics to senior management.Enhance employee performance quality by setting clear objectives, monitoring progress, providing timely feedback,
