inclusive workplace that values perspectives and ideas.Leading HVAC innovation with environmental sustainability initiatives.Minimum Qualifications:High School Diploma or GED.3+ years of related experience with increasing responsibility.Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.Ability to lift 50 lbs with or without accommodation.Required local law district license(s) and/or training card.Preferred Qualifications:Experience in BAS, HVAC, or related industry.Proficiency with test instruments and calibration tools.Competency in DDC controllers, field devices, BACnet fundamentals.Competency in HVAC equipment and controls operation.Understanding of written operation sequences.Reading low‑voltage wiring diagrams and controls flow diagrams.Niagara AX and/or Niagara 4 certification.Experience with integration protocols (BACnet, MST/IP, LON, Modbus RTU, Ethernet OIP, MQTT, SQL).Strong computer networking fundamentals.Good verbal and written communication skills.Customer‑focused, results‑oriented, strong team player.Motivated self‑starter demonstrating initiative.Manage multiple priorities and stay organized.Current first aid/CPR card.Expected hourly rate: $63.88/hr in Vancouver, BC.
