RBC is seeking a Director, Operational Risk & Controls Delivery to translate ORC AI ambitions into an executable program. You will lead early-stage analysis, requirements definition, and solution shaping across data provisioning, process intelligence, and risk data quality initiatives aligned to RBC strategy in this space. You will own end-to-end delivery of select Op Risk & Controls IT programs and projects, manage governance, budgets, timelines, and resources, and coach delivery leads.
