You will also coordinate with contractors and ensure compliance with safety protocols while maintaining documentation and records.

Key Responsibilities: • Conduct daily facility and grounds maintenance • Perform general repairs including plumbing and carpentry • Operate a forklift for moving materials • Assist in procurement and maintenance tasks • Maintain organized maintenance records and logs

Requirements: • 2-3 years in building and mechanical maintenance • Knowledge of HVAC and plumbing systems • Valid Class 5 driver’s license • Experience with computerized maintenance systems • Solid communication and organizational skills
