Growth-orientedCorporate Accountantto manage theday-to-day accounting functionof the business. This role is ideal for a professional with at least 3 years of full-cycle accounting experience who is looking for more ownership and development in a hands-on, dynamic setting.You will be the go-to person for transactional accounting, reconciliations, and financial operations. You will work closely with our CFO—who remains actively involved in the business and will support, guide, and mentor you as the company scales. This is an opportunity togrow alongside the company, with future potential for expanded responsibilities and leadership.Key ResponsibilitiesAccounts Receivable & Customer InteractionReview and approve sales orders for accuracy and complianceRecord and reconcile customer payments (cheques, EFTs, etc.) and daily banking transactionsManage AR collections and follow up on overdue balances professionallyServe as the first point of contact for customer finance inquiriesEnsure proper revenue recognition aligned with delivery and contractual termsAccounts Payable & Vendor SupportEnter and process vendor invoices and payments accurately and on timeMaintain up-to-date records for payables and ensure proper expense classificationTrack capital assets and prepaid expenses to ensure correct accounting treatmentProcess employee expense reports and staff reimbursementsGeneral Ledger & Financial ReportingPrepare and post journal entries, including accruals, prepaids,
