You will manage project resources, schedules, and budgets for the electrical discipline, ensuring quality and technical excellence in all deliverables.Collaboration is central,



as you will coordinate with civil, structural, mechanical, and environmental teams to deliver integrated solutions. The Team Lead is also responsible for mentoring and developing junior and intermediate engineers, allocating tasks, and providing technical guidance to foster a high-performing, collaborative environment.Client engagement is a key aspect, involving regular communication with clients, stakeholders, and authorities, as well as supporting proposal development and technical presentations.
