Ready to Lead Something Bigger?

Cambridge Pro Fab is looking for an experienced, hands-on Welding Supervisor to lead the day shift at our Brantford facility.

For nearly 40 years, Cambridge Pro Fab has been a family-owned Canadian leader in large, complex custom steel fabrication for the power-generation industry. Our work includes large steel ducting and custom-fabricated components used in power plants, scrubbers, baghouses and other major industrial projects across North America.

This is not light or repetitive production welding. Our projects are custom, drawing-driven fabrications that require strong fitting, welding, blueprint-reading and problem-solving skills.

We are looking for an experienced shop-floor leader who understands the work, recognizes problems before they affect production, knows how to implement performance development plans and effectively leads skilled tradespeople with fairness, accountability and respect.

This is a hands-on supervisory position—not an office-only role.
