You'll work alongside a skilled team to install patios, walkways, retaining walls, gardens, and other landscape features, ensuring every project is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys physical work, pays attention to detail, and wants to be part of a close‑knit, motivated crew. Prior landscape construction experience is an asset,
but we're open to rapid learners with the right attitude.ResponsibilitiesAssist in the construction of hardscape features, including patios, retaining walls, steps, and pool surroundsLoad, unload, and transport materials and tools to and from job sitesOperate power tools, compactors, saws, and other construction equipment safely and effectivelySupport the crew lead and follow instructions to ensure work is completed on time and on budgetPerform site clean‑up and material organizationParticipate in equipment maintenance and seasonal setupUphold company safety and quality standards at all timesQualificationsPrevious experience in landscape construction or general construction is an assetAbility to perform physically demanding work, including lifting 50+ lbs, digging, and operating equipmentValid G-Class Driver's License and reliable transportationPositive attitude and strong work ethicWillingness to work in outdoor conditions, including heat, rain, and coldAttention to detail and commitment to craftsmanshipTeam-oriented mindset and clear communication skillsSalary and BenefitsFull-time positionCompetitive hourly wage at CA$ 18.50 to CA$ 22 based on experienceHealth, dental, vision, and prescription coverage after 3 monthsRRSP matching program after 12 monthsMonthly paid team events (golf, lake days, BBQs, etc.)Paid professional development and career trainingCelebrations for birthdays, milestones, and work anniversariesCompany-sponsored charity and volunteer initiativesLP Landscape Plus Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
