This role works closely with the Supervisor to ensure production schedules are met while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and operational performance.This position is based at our Abbotsford facility on Clearbrook Road, working 40 hours per week. The role begins with a training schedule from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, transitioning to an afternoon shift between 2:00 PM and 02:30 AM.This is a hands‑on leadership role within a manufacturing environment, where you will balance team support, production coordination, and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure consistent, high‑quality output.About YouYou are a hands‑on leader who thrives in a fast‑paced manufacturing setting.
