Lead national procurement strategy, including vendor programs and sourcing initiatives across all hotel brands.Negotiate and manage vendor agreements to ensure competitive pricing, quality standards, and operational consistency.Oversee vendor onboarding, compliance, performance reviews, and ongoing relationship management.Support hotel openings, conversions, renovations, and PIPs with approved vendor guidance.Partner with Finance and Operations to identify cost-reduction and margin-improvement opportunities.Coordinate with the parent organization on aligned procurement programs.ESG & Brand StandardsLead ESG initiatives across the Canadian portfolio, including Green Key Global certification, charitable programs, and community engagement activities.Ensure ESG-related brand standards are implemented, tracked, and supported at the hotel level.Monitor and report ESG performance metrics for leadership and franchise advisory boards.Provide practical ESG guidance and tools to franchisees to drive participation and compliance.Stay informed on relevant Canadian regulatory and industry ESG requirements impacting hotel operations.Franchisee & Stakeholder EngagementServe as the primary Canadian contact for procurement and ESG matters for franchisees, vendors,
and internal teams.Present updates and recommendations to senior leadership and the Franchise Advisory Board.Collaborate cross-functionally with Franchise Services, Development, Operations, Finance, and Legal teams.Governance & ControlsEnsure procurement activities comply with internal approval authorities, governance policies, and audit requirements.Support procurement and ESG policy development and documentation.Assist with internal and external audits related to procurement and ESG disclosures.Requirements5+ years of experience in procurement, vendor management, ESG, or related roles.Proven experience in hospitality, franchising, real estate, or multi-site operations preferred.Strong track record in managing national vendor programs and commercial negotiations.Practical experience implementing ESG initiatives in an operational business setting.Strong financial acumen and ability to evaluate cost, ROI, and trade-offs.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; ERP or procurement systems experience is an asset.Corporate CultureBase salary range: $115,000–$125,000Eligible for a discretionary annual, performance-based bonus.#J-18808-Ljbffr
